1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Vishakarex Services. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the participant (“you”, “student”, “trainee”, “participant”) enrolling in or attending the Vishakarex In-Plant Training and Work Experience Programme (“Course”).
1.2 The Course and its related services are operated exclusively by Vishakarex Services., having its registered office at:
4th Floor, Temple View Apartments, 4-A, 89 Santhome High Road, Santhome, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600028, India.
1.3 By enrolling, making payment (in full or in installments), or participating in the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
1.4 If you do not agree with any provision in these Terms, you must not proceed with enrollment or participation in the Course.
2.1 The Course offered by Vishakarex Services. is a 3-month offline in-plant training programme, designed to provide practical exposure, skill enhancement, and industry-oriented learning to students and working professionals.
2.2 The Course is conducted only in physical mode (offline) at designated training center or approved industrial facilities.
2.3 Each Course may include practical assignments, live demonstrations, supervised work exposure, and mentor-led sessions relevant to the participant’s academic or professional field.
2.4 The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or restructure the Course modules, batch timing, or venue, provided reasonable notice is given to enrolled participants.
2.5 No part of the Course may be reproduced, recorded, or shared outside the designated training environment without the Company’s prior written consent.

3.3 Enrollment is confirmed only after successful submission of the required documents, acceptance of these Terms, and payment of the prescribed fees (either in full or first installment).
3.4 The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel an enrollment application if:

4.3 All payments must be made through approved payment channels (bank transfer, UPI, card payment, or as instructed by the Company).

4.8 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation if the second installment is not paid within the specified timeline.

7.1 All content, training materials, lesson plans, modules, visuals, assignments, reports, and software provided by Vishakarex Services. remain the intellectual property of the Company.
7.2 Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use such materials solely for personal educational purposes.
7.3 Unauthorized reproduction, recording, sharing, or commercial use of training materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to civil and criminal action under applicable copyright laws.
7.4 Any project, report, or work produced during the Course using Company resources may be retained by Vishakarex for academic, marketing, or audit purposes.
8.1 The minimum attendance requirement is 90% for certificate eligibility.
8.2 Late arrivals, early departures, and unapproved absences may be marked as non-attendance.
8.3 Medical or emergency absences must be supported by documentary proof and pre-approved by the course coordinator.
8.4 Participants failing to meet attendance requirements shall not be eligible for certification, regardless of performance.
9.1 All participants must follow safety protocols while attending in-plant sessions or handling machinery, tools, or lab equipment.
9.2 Vishakarex Services. will take reasonable measures to ensure safety but is not responsible for personal injury, illness, property loss, or accidents caused by negligence or non-compliance with safety rules.
9.3 Participants are advised to obtain personal medical or accident insurance before starting the course.
10.1 The Company respects your privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
10.2 By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data (including name, contact details, educational info, photographs, and attendance records) for administrative, certification, and legal purposes.

11.1 The Company provides training and industrial exposure but does not guarantee:
11.2 All information, content, and material are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11.3 The Company disclaims all liability for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or external events beyond its reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory restrictions).
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vishakarex Services. shall not be liable for:

13.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if:
13.2 Upon termination, all rights to access course materials and facilities shall cease immediately.

14.1 All official communications between the participant and the Company shall be conducted through the following authorized channels:
14.2 Notices, updates, or policy amendments sent via email, SMS, or displayed on the official Vishakarex website shall be deemed valid and binding on all participants.
14.3 The Company is not responsible for communications missed due to incorrect contact information provided by the participant. It is the participant’s duty to keep their contact details updated with the administration office.
14.4 The participant authorizes the Company to send administrative notices, payment reminders, and updates through electronic or physical modes as deemed necessary.
15.1 The Company shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
15.2 In such cases, the Company may suspend, reschedule, or extend the course duration, or shift training to alternate facilities without financial liability to participants.
15.3 Participants are not entitled to refunds or compensation in the event of force majeure conditions.
16.1 During the course, participants may gain access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to the Company or its partner institutions.
16.2 Participants must not disclose, copy, reproduce, or use such confidential information for any purpose outside the training context.
16.3 Breach of confidentiality obligations shall result in disciplinary action, termination of participation, and possible legal proceedings.
16.4 Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, course materials, business strategies, student data, client data, trade secrets, or research information.
17.1 Participants agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, approach, or attempt to employ any mentor, trainer, or staff member of Vishakarex during or within six months after course completion.
17.2 Participants must refrain from representing themselves as agents, employees, or affiliates of Vishakarex without written authorization.
17.3 All project work, research data, or field reports prepared during the program shall remain the property of Vishakarex and may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.
18.1 Participants are expected to maintain academic honesty and integrity throughout the course. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, falsification, or manipulation of assignments or records is strictly prohibited.
18.2 Plagiarism includes presenting another individual’s ideas, work, or data as one’s own, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
18.3 If academic dishonesty is discovered, Vishakarex reserves the right to revoke certification, issue disciplinary action, and permanently disqualify the individual from future participation.
19.1 Participants shall strictly comply with safety protocols, ID badge requirements, and security checks while present at any Vishakarex-approved training location.
19.2 Damage to property, misuse of equipment, or defacement of facilities shall be treated as gross misconduct.
19.3 Participants shall not record, photograph, or transmit any training session without written permission.
19.4 Alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or any prohibited substances are not allowed on premises. Violation results in immediate expulsion with no refund.
20.1 While Vishakarex Services. may provide internship or placement assistance to outstanding participants, it does not guarantee employment or placement.
20.2 Assistance, where offered, is limited to mentorship, interview guidance, resume support, and introductions to partner firms or industries.
20.3 The final decision of hiring or acceptance lies solely with the respective employer or organization.
20.4 The participant understands that the certificate of completion is a record of participation and does not constitute a professional license, degree, or employment guarantee.
21.1 The Company shall maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, payments, and certification for administrative and compliance purposes.
21.2 Participants may request access to their records by written application within 30 days of course completion.
21.3 The Company retains records for at least five (5) years after course completion, after which such records may be archived or deleted as per internal retention policies.
22.1 The Course may include sessions, visits, or lectures conducted by third-party trainers, partner institutions, or industry experts.
22.2 The Company shall not be held liable for any content inaccuracies, opinions, or conduct of third-party facilitators.
22.3 Participants agree to abide by additional rules or confidentiality requirements imposed by partner institutions or industries during fieldwork or plant visits.
23.1 In case of any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Course, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through written communication and mutual discussion.
23.2 If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
23.3 The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company.
23.4 The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.
23.5 Subject to the above, courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any matter arising under or in connection with these Terms.
24.1 Vishakarex Services. reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
24.2 Participants will be notified of significant changes via email, notice board, or updates on the official website.
24.3 Continued participation in the Course after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
25.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire understanding between the Company and the participant and supersede all prior communications.
25.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
25.3 Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
25.4 Assignment: Participants may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent.
25.5 Headings: Section titles are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
25.6 Language: All communication, legal notices, and course documentation shall be conducted in English unless otherwise stated.
25.7 Survival: Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution shall survive termination or course completion.
By registering for or participating in the Vishakarex In-Plant Training Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the above Terms and Conditions in entirety.
